Injury Tips

Head and Neck

Is your pillow height right for the way you sleep? Do you have poking head? Can you look the same distance around to your left versus your right?

Shoulder

Can your left and right arms reach the same distance above your head? Do your shoulders round forward most of the time? Is one shoulder hitched higher than the other when you look in the mirror?

Elbow, Wrist and Hand

Does your elbow bend backwards more than a straight line? Can you turn your palms up the same amount on your left versus right hands? Can your fingers bend down at each joint independently?

Back

Is it hard to get out of a chair or pick something up off the floor? Do you get pain getting out of bed in the morning? Does it hurt to cough or sneeze?

Pelvis and Hips

Does the back of your hip hurt? Do you find yourself perching on stools instead of sitting in low chairs? Does your hip hurt to get out of the car?

Knees

Do your knees click lots? Is it hard to walk down stairs? Is it hard to get up off the floor due to stiffness or pain in your knees?

Ankle and Foot

Do you repetitively sprain your ankle? Does the bottom of your foot hurt? Do your calves get super tight or crampy during or after exercise?

Muscles, Tendons and Ligaments

Did it feel like someone shot you when you pulled your muscle? Does your joint feel like it gives way all the time unexpectedly? Are you getting weaker doing certain actions but not sure why?
